Proven expertise in the railway sector
The railway sector is not new territory for Arcel. For several years, our teams have been supporting demanding projects in this field, including:
- press-pack diode modules for tramway networks in France and internationally
- battery chargers supplied in series for rolling stock
- the renovation of nearly 200 tramway units
- onboard IGBT drivers supplied in volumes of several tens of thousands of units
- rectifier modules for transformer substations on major railway infrastructure projects
This field experience, ranging from prototypes to medium-series production, reflects our ability to adapt to both one-off requirements and larger-volume needs, particularly for smaller components such as our onboard drivers.
